The purpose of this wiki is to help you know what is junk food and healthy food. This could help many peoples lives and help them get healthier. Everyone needs to eat but can have junk food, just in moderation. I personally love junk food, but also eat healthy food. I am going to help you know what is healthy and not healthy.
I am going to list some healthy foods and some junk foods and you get to write if you think they are junky or healthy, how much you should eat, and how often you should eat them. I am going to see how many of you guys think if the food is healthy or junky. I will post the results every once in a while and then edit it every time we get a new result.
There are fast food restaurants everywhere now and more people are going to them every day. Fruits and Vegetable are healthy but people crave more junk food then fruits and vegetable a lot of times. But if we can eat at least one meat, one protein, one fruit, one vegetable, and a little desert, or something junky a day, then we all would be a little healthier. And even though people like junk foods more, it doesn't help your body at all and you only taste it while your eating it, so it is only going to be swallowed and gone within minutes. I am going to help you guys with learning facts and if you have any please post!
every once in a while I am going to post a certain healthy food to eat at a certain time and I will be eating that food at exactly that time, and I hope you guys will too.
